    2007 Mercury Verado 175hp, 4 stroke, Oil Change

    I was told today that in order to change the oil on the 175 Verado, The lower unit needed to be removed. I find that to be overly labor intensive for an oil change. At minimum a Jabsco Flat Tank Oil Changer could eliminate having to take it off. I am in complete disbelief! True or False?
