    Tamd 41a cant get max rpm

    I have a TAMD 41A Im only getting 3100 RPM at WOT, and I should be getting 3800 at WOT. I had the prop pitch for this motor and boat and now I'm only getting 2600 rpm . The pitch size was a 20 and it was drop to a 18. I'm not sure why I'm only getting 2600 rpm when the manual says 3800 rpm. Can...
