    I have a 65 hp outboard and I don't have the controls for it but do have the engine connector with short wires on it.  Looking at the wiring diagram if I put 12 volt DC to the red wire going to the switch box will that give me spark when the engine spins?   Assuming the ignition system is good...

    I have a 1968 ted williams 9 hp motor built by McCulloch. I need the pulley the goes on top of the flywheel for the recoil start, Also dual poins and water pump. I've checked flebay and other online sources but no having much luck. My model number is 574-59740 and serial number 68600910...
