    135hp johnson 1974 v-4 wont start help please got so much money in to it

    Will not start without startin fluid rebuilt the carbs heard befor the fly wheel snaped the key its fixed I think and new spark plugs and when its runin I can go out on the water then its a pain to start it after sittin its killin me has compression idk what to do
