    High oil pressure

    I have a 2003 Volvo Penta 5.7. The engine runs fine but the oil pressure follows the throttle. At idle the oil press is 35. As the throttle is increased the oil press increases up to 80. Oil level is good and it looks fine.What regulates the pressure?

    merc 1998 7.4 L no power

    Just had 1998 7.4 mpi rebuilt. It was supposedly set up with a computer. It will not go past 2300rpm. Any ideas? I replaced the fuel filter and checked the throttle range. Could this be some sort of computer problem?
