    hot/warm restart either hard or impossible-- 60hp evinrude 1989

    Carbs rebuilt, new plugs and wires, new gas, new reed valves. After running for ten minutes or more it will start soon after I shut it down. But, if I wait for five minutes or more the motor will not even act like it wants to start. Once it totally cools down it will start good and run fine...
