    Volt gauge reading 18 volts after replacing regrectifier

    My battery voltage is reading My battery voltage is reading 18 when idling and increases when rpms increase. Motor is a 2000 150 hp Johnson. I don't think the battery is charging either. When testing the battery manually while idling it still reads 18. Not sure what is wrong. Thanks!
