    115 Hp 2 Stroke- Trouble with keeper pin, trying to replace water pump

    Anyone have a trick for removing the pin from the shaft when trying to replace the waterpump assembly? I removed the impeller and now can't get the pin out of its slot on the shaft. Can't go any further with the repair 'til i can get that pin out. Help! Thanks, B

    1991 115 hp Lower Unit Crack

    Just noticed it the other day. Theres a crack running from the end of the housing, where the prop fits back toward the front where the gearcase is. Apparently not into the gear case though, there's no water in the lower unit fluid. Thoughts? Thanks, Brandon

    Not Getting Enough Fluid in the Lower Unit? 2002 50 hp

    On here, a while back, I asked how much fluid went in the lower unit of an '02 Honda BF 50 A2. The answer was 17.6 oz. I finally got around to changing it the weekend and it only took just over 10 oz. before I had fluid flowing out the top plug. I think I'm ok, just curious what y'all think.

    Throttle Cable for B502A Tiller Handle?

    Warm Water out of the Tell Tale

    Is it alright that the water is warm coming out of the pee hole? I just got the motor in the winter, so this is the first I've run it in warm weather, with warm (76 degrees) water. Just curious. Oh yeah, i can hold my hand in it with no discomfort, it's not hot, just warm. thanks, B
