    new engine rebuild no top end help

    just recieved back an engine rebuild customer smoked his thrust bearing lower end after dressing and timing motor starts and runs fine up to 2300 rpm has full throttle throw but no top end engine was punched 20 over has two barrell rochester on it is a 4140 4g54 should i have to rejet not that...
