    Hino eh700. Starting issue

    Hey folks , newbie here stuck on a dock in Pender Harbour BC. Changed starter thinking that was the issue, but motor struggles to turn over. Seems loaded?. When we get it running, runs perfect, good flow from exhaust, but a little oily. Thoughts? Thx
