    Stick Steering issue

    Stick steering is stiff, replacing cable not much help. In the attached diagram is the screw labeled #15 for adjusting tension on swivel bracket?

    Positive Battery Cable??

    I have a 2002 50 hp Mercury outboard that I acquired through a private individual. After installation on my boat I discover the positive cable from the battery to the engine is not hooked up. Unsure where cable hooks up to engine from battery? Does it connect directly to solenoid :confused:
