    2000 Yamaha 150 HPDI intermittent rough idle

    I have had a problem with the idle on my HPDI. Sometimes, not everytime, after startup the motor will miss after putting into gear. After several re-starts it will loose the miss and take off like mormal. What can I look at before taking to the dealer?:(

    Sometimes when I start my motor, it idles rough (like 1 cylinder is missing). If I shut it off and re-start, sometimes the rough idle goes away. Why would stoping and restarting clear up the rough idle? Is there some electronic device that may be resetting to clear up the rough idle???:confused...
