    Do I need to flush the gearcase?

    I want to switch from regular yamaha gear oil to synthetic. I have 2008 Yamaha F150. Do I need to flush the gearcase out first before adding the synthetic? Is Quick Silver Mercury Marine SAE 90 High Performance Gear Lube satisfactory in this motor? The Mercury stuff is just far easier for me...

    Air in fuel filter?

    I can see lots of air passing thru my fuel filter (its new) on a honda bf20, it seems to fill up when I pump the primer bulb, motor does not change during this ...is this normal? Having on going issue with rough idle so I am considering every thing...Thanks.
