    2000 70hp evinrude 4-stroke chattering noise

    I have a 2000 70 hp 4-stroke evinrude that runs great. last time out while under power it started making a "chattering" noise . The noise seems to be coming from below the power head. If I put in netural the noise seems to go away. I removed the lower unit but there is nothing loose in there...
