    1998 evinrude ocean pro flooding issue.

    2 stroke 150 ocean pro. Starts and runs great at the house. I will tilts the motor drive to the boat ramp and it will turn over but wont start. There is a bunch of fuel mixture in the motor housing. After the motor sits, it will start right up. Any help would be appreciated.
