    won't start at idle

    84 model 75 HP mariner won't start at idle. Have to crack open throttle plates and then will not idle. Problem started after hitting a sand bar with the prop and maybe have overheated it. Would not pump water at idle. Replaced impelled. Carbs have been cleaned and compression is all around...

    Water pump flow, starting issue and idleing problem
