    1994 force 40 won't idle

    Hi guys, new to your forum, I recently bought a boat with this Force 40 on it, previous owner said it hadn't been run in 3 years. I cleaned the carb and installed new needle. The motor will run fine on high idle but when I try to a it of high idle it dies. Could this be a fuel pump problem...
