    1993 evinrude 90 hp low compression

    one cylinder has only 30 lbs. one cylinder has only 30 lbs. what is the best way of a non machanic to tell if it is rings or bad cylinder. If the cylinder is lightly scared what is the cheapest fix. don't have 2800 to rebuild motor.
