Racer,the fuel is coming straight from the bowl into the channel which leads to the vent which it is pouring out,not sure how the fuel gets to the idle
I use tin foil to make a "chute" into any standard container. forms well to the awkward drain . As Mike mentioned , slow to add the final amounts
