    Yep...135 compression is pretty low. It might fire with that but it's probably not wanting to.

    ok ok...i believe its working like it should. I think maybe the blown fuse was with original bilge pump...someone replaced the pump along the way.

    Racerone..... As mentioned previously the seller used Penzoil Marine. Do you think that contributed to the problem? What oil do you like?
