Is it possable the choke is staying closed longer on the motor with the high fuel percentage? Just a thought. I would think a leaky fuel pump diaphram
Fdrgator, where can you find a break down of all the fuel pumps ?? I know they used to come in the repair kit instructions.
Goes between the base plate and plastic part. A support disk and spring on each side.
Are you gonna be doing the service work on your motors? I will allways get a service manual for any engine I work on. You can allways put the #1 cylinder
