Thanks, I am going to replace the old fuel hose. Also, is there any need to check inside the tank for any potential leak source?

Pull the carbs down to a pile, put them in an ultrasonic hot tank and cook them for a few hours , get service kits for them and reassemble them setting
I would assume the shop did a shotty job and did not replace with a full kit, Plus there is an air bleed in that housing that must never get sealant on
