You should have 311598 gaskets under those plugs. Take a pick and see if they are stuck in the housing or not.
Thanks. A lot of things to get right once I get the parts mentioned and the manual with all its pages (hopefully). The salt-away did clean the chambers
18802a is the model number. I took out the flathead screws no philips head. When I took those off I didn't see any o rings or gaskets.
On your engine the throttle should just begin to open when the mark on the cam is lined up with the right side of the follower. Just make that adjustment
