I figured the idle increase out. There is a button in the center of the shifter you hold down to disconnect the shift cable and operate the throttle cable,
I am struggling to make this conversion work. The original CDI system had a weak spark under load and would load up at idle and not perform under load.
Some years ago while at dockside, I slipped and dropped my foot down into the bilge and broke off the $%## blue plastic drain single point plug dumping
