Water tube must be installed into the exhaust housing first.-----Then assembly is simple.-----Well at least I have never had an issue with one of those
Well, I guess you misinterpreted my first reply. Third paragraph...I suggested to you to remove the tell tale tube/hose along with the stbd cowling cover.
