" 1968 18hp fastwin with a leak through a crack in the lower unit. there is a seperate piece from the skeg up to the bottom of the prop, this is the piece with the crack right by the bolt that holds it on. is this fixable or should i pass on the smoking deal i will get for this to put on my duck boat. should bring it in and have it welded, or JB weld it any other ideas would be helpful "
