I have water in my oil. The oi

I have water in my oil. The oil is a chocolate milk color. The previous owner said that a gasket or seal is leaking under the power head. Question is dues this happen often? Also what would it take to fix it? To I need to pull the power head? If so what gaskets should I be prepared to replace and what special surprises my I have while fixing this problem??

It could be a gasket, but until you take it apart it is impossible to know for sure. It could be much worse than a gasket.
