1)Have a 1998 40 hp after
1)Have a 1998 40 hp after full throttle operation and brought down to trolling speed engine has a whining sound
After shutting it off and restart it the whining is goneand runs normally
2) that green light (I belive is the temperature ) is it suppose to be on all the time
