Yamaha 2002 f50 4stroke nightmare

"I have 3 problems with my out

"I have 3 problems with my outboard.
1.a nasty noise after about 10 minutes running around the 2000rpm, the engine sounds like its seizing then stops. minutes later it starts again, and runs ok but if you drop to 2000rpm problem comes back.

2.next problem is digital rev counter has stopped working since I took it to the local dealer for a carb service.
I have changed the regulator, tried a new wiring harness and finally tried a new digital rev clock? and still no luck.

3.and last problem, theres no charge going to the battery, I have changed the stator and the regulator?? and still have all the problems still.
Would appreciate some advice.
