"I need to check the compression in one of my 283's. I'm looking on Ebay and there seem to be two types. One claims to have a cone adapter that will fits "all spark plug holes". Others seem to have use a threaded part which threads into the spark plus hole. I will paste the copy of the cone one below. If I need the threaded type, what thread do I need? Thanks much Bill

Use the screw in type. They are more accurate since they don't leak.
