" On the rear water jacket cov

" On the rear water jacket cover plate that gasgets the perimeter of the jacket as well as around the spark plugs(closed cylinder heads)what is the torque spec. They are nutted on the back side and not tapped aluminum.

Upon reviewing of my books, it looks like the water cover on the head should be torqued to between 70-90 inch pounds.
