50 mercruiser power loss after 20 min

Help I have a 2002 crownline 2

Help I have a 2002 crownline 202br with 5.0 220hp (carb) alpha one
it runs great for about 20 min every time out then starts cutting out & poping through the carb 50% power loss. I have tried everything.
I have tried the following with no results
1. fresh fuel
2. new fuel filter
3. plugs
4. wires
5. cap & rotor
6. timing
7. new fuel pump (volume was low??)
8. fuel pickup is ok
9. new carb
10. new msd dist coil & 6ml box (batt voltage & ground ok when acting up
11. timing is ok
12. fuel volume & pressure ok
as you can see I have done everything I can think of any and all suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

check out your exhaust it migh

check out your exhaust it might be clogged sounds like an overheating problem..
 
the boat that sits next to min

the boat that sits next to mine at the dock had the flappers in the exhaust melt away and clog the exhaust and acted the same way that your is..
