"I bought a 2000 Action Craft with a 2001 Yamaha 115. According to the seller, the fuel gauge never worked. If I connect the pink wire and ground coming from the console the fuel icon still flashes. Using a multimeter, the sending unit reads 78 ohms. The pink wire to the fuel tank reads 4.14 volts and the pink wire to the ground wire reads 0.05 volts. Any clue where to look next?"
