I just installed volvo nutrasa

I just installed volvo nutrasalt system i hooked the T fitting into the raw water intake hose from the outdrive pump as per instructions but the nutrasalt tank is filling with seawater can anyone help ?
 
It sounds like you put the tee

It sounds like you put the tee fitting after the pump. This would send water to the Neutra-salt tank. If the tee is before the pump then the pump will suck from the tank.
