Boat overfueled at idle help

"Have a 1994 7.4 Mercruiser with serial #OF120071. Boat seems to be overfueled at idle, fuel smoke comes from exhaust, but runs fine at mid and top end speed. I replaced the Idle Air Control (IAC) sensor and the throttle positioning sensor (TPS) but still no change. It eventually fouls the plugs and motor won't run until plugs are replaced.

Make sure your choke is coming all the way off when the engine is hot, check the float height in the Carby against the specs for your engine in your manual.

That's an EFI engine, right?
I would try a bottle of injector cleaner in a tank of gas. It could be your injectors are a little gummed up and leaking more fuel than they ought to, which would show up more at idle.
If that's not it, I would measure the fuel pressure at the injector rail and see if its on spec.
