"Hi,
Can't find this part

"Hi,
Can't find this part in the Clymer's manual. It's a threaded brass cap with a connecting chain. It's located right behind the oil dipstick, behind the fuel pump. It seems to run down to the Oil pan. Is this for pumping the oil out? Or ......?
