"I need to rebuld the carbs on my motor. It is a 1986 V6 Special, model #6VSPCXJ, S/N 701870 with Nikki carbs. I'm having a hard time locating the correct carb kit(s) for it. Part of the problem seems to be that Yamaha switched from Teikei carbs to Nikki carbs during the '86 model year. Can someone help me with the correct part number and a good place to order the proper kits?"
