Volvopenta 290 outdrive wonbt go up or downjust clicks

1989 Imperial AQ151B/290. I pu

1989 Imperial AQ151B/290. I push the power trim switch and it just makes a clicking sound. The outdrive won't go up or down. If I could get it to go down I could at least use it until I figure out whats wrong. Its stuck in position between fully up and fully down. Help!!!!!

"Check,+ Clean all the Wiring ends that run between the Battery,+ the Trim Motor.......
And Don't forget the Grounds........

If that doesn't Fix it,.....
Get a Test light,+ Follow the Power, from the Battery, to see where it Stops..........."
