Cobra lower Snap Rings Replacement

"I'm replacing a damaged propshaft and when I went to remove the 1st snap ring on my 800 lower unit and it snapped. I can't find a part number anywhere or a vendor for them. Does anybody know the measurements? I think they are 3" internal. I thought about picking a bag these up from Grainger but I don't know if they will work or not. Any ideas?

"Not sure exactly what you have as you mention Cobra and 800, what year, what engine? The pic below is for a 1985 5.7 lower which is a stringer drive. Item # 21 are the snap rings PN 321171, should be able to order through a dealer or some of the online suppliers. Sorry don't have any specs on size.
