Starting problem omc please help

"i have 89 bayline 21f 5.8.ford engine. i change ,plugs,coil,wires,point,condenser,fuil filter,2x 50 ams fuse , before dint star at all now it stars for like 5 to 10 sec and it shuts of and when it stars i see oil coming out by the filter its like milky color ? please help i need this boat to star before 4 july

"Which filter, the oil filter or do you mean the flame arrestor? Have you checked the dipstick or even drain the oil from the pan, sounds like there is water in the oil which isn't good."

"Check the oil level on the dipstick, if it's over the fill mark and it looks milky then you've got water in the oil coming from somewhere, I would do a n oil change and get a new filter."
