As I would like to touch-up th

As I would like to touch-up the engine block and sterndrive on my 1989 OMC 4.3 Cobra
Any idea of what the original colors were? And if so where to get the paint? I guess it's easier the find a black for the outdrive.

"If I recall, it's a two step process. I repainted outdrive last year on my 1990 OMC Cobra, and the paint "looks" black but it's really kind of a dark grey/charcoal color, and then a sealer over the top. You can get the paint in regular spray paint cans from your boat dealer. I picked up the paint from mine, exact match.
