"I have a 1998 SeaRay I/O that will not fire. I put in a new ignition switch. Does anyone know how to wire the ignition switch? Does anyone know the fireing order? I know that it is 1,3,4,2 but I don't know what cylinder is 1,3,4,2. Anything will help at this point! Thanks"

"The cylinders are numbered 1 2 3 4 from the front.
Is it carburetted? Is it cranking over?
Is your main breaker on the engine popped?
Is the shift interrupt switch on the shift bracket centered in the V notch?
If it turns over, are you getting a spark when you pull a plug wire?
If it's cranking over and you are getting spark, it is not your ignition system that is at fault.
What about fuel supply? Have you got gas to the carb?
