"I just re-installed the thermostat in my 470. It has been running without that since I bought it last year. The engine now reaches a good temp, but, when going into idle after a thorough warmup it stalls when I put i t back in gear. I coughs and runs on just a couple of cylinders before dying. I figure it cant be the switch-assist since it doesnt die immediately.
After letting it cool down, all is well again.
Would really appreciate some hints which parts to start adjusting/replacing."
