I sucked up sand and my motor

I sucked up sand and my motor overheated. It now cranks slowly and has no spark. Is my engine siezed or is there someting eles wrong? it has 100 hrs. Thanks Shawn

If the engine was seized would it still turn over? Do you know were I can get a wiring diagram. Thanks Shawn
 
Also it seams that my coil pac

Also it seams that my coil pack was never bolted to the engine (it was just siting there) Does the coil pack need to be grouned? Jas marine wants to remove the motor and install a new one.
