"I have a 1999 volvo and my power stearing belt broke. does any one no the easiest way to get a new belt on? I see how you loosen the bolts on the powerstearing pump to get the belt on, but there is a metal bracket and something else that screws into the middle of the pullie that does not let you put the belt right on the pullies."
