Does anyone know about this bowrider boat?

I am about to buy one very inexpensively - The boat looks mint for the age and has primarily been used in fresh water.

There is no info on the net for this 1989 model except for the OMC engine/outdrive.

Any opinions/experience on this boat is very much appreciated.

"Personally, I'm not a fan of Cobra drives like your Sunbird would have. I actually hate them and you should peruse this site:

That said, some people get years of service out of them with no problems after the lower shift cable thing is sorted out. Mine was a money pit.
There's a kazillion Sunbird Eurosports around. Lots i have seen are cuddy cabins. I can't recall seeing a bowrider version. It's a big hunk of fiberglass. As long as the floor and transom and stringers are sound, you can't go too far wrong.

What engine? The 4.3 ? It's quite common- exhaust manifolds are hard to get but there's ways around that."
