Volvo 270 outdriveneed shift shaft seal help

Hey there hope everyone's

Hey there hope everyone's been on the water alot this year ! I recently bought a place ON the water and need to take care of a pesky leak on my 270 outdrive. I've replaced the bellows and fill drain seals. After my last run I noticed some oil comming from under the access plate. When I pulled the plate off the Oil was streaming from the center of the shift plate....I see the 4 bolts to take it off...Can this thing just be pulled straight out ? I looked at the schematics and Looks like I should be buying 2 seals...parts# 925093 (oring) and 958838 (seal)....Has anyone done this before and can maybe tell me the do's and donts ? Or do I just loosen the 4 bolts and pull the sucker straight out ?
