"Went to change spark plugs in my 95' 5.0FL, could only get a socket on one of eight plugs, the manifolds were in the way of the others. Do the manifolds REALLY have to come off just to change plugs? The SELOC manual mentions nothing about this."

"Use a combination wrench to loosen the plugs and an old plug wire, cut short to remove them. If it's a Ford motor, you have to do this and I worked on ski boats with motors by Indmar and PCM with serious wrench clearance issues.

It's a swivel socket, right? Almost impossible to get in there on most motors without one."

"If I remember correctly, Snap-On and Proto sockets do fit, but not many others. They need to have a thin wall to fit."
