does anyone know if I can rela

does anyone know if I can relace the heads on my
454 " small port peanut heads" with an older set of large oval port 781s I have. I have heard that the 781s are very good heads.althought their both GenIV the older motor has different pistons.if possible would it be worth it? any idea what i would gain?

"I think you will also need to match the intake manifold - not a large amount of money for a decent upgrade and will help with the slightly larger intake valves.

I'm about to start a 454 build, and going through the many options for upgrades."
