"I know there are enough questions on here about props, but I have a new one for you guys. I am wondering if anyone has or has heard of using a mercruiser alpha I prop on an OMC cobra 15 spline? I have a quicksilver 19 pitch prop and was curious if anyone makes an adapter or anything to make that work. I know it's a longshot, so thanks in advance for any insight!"

"Oh yeah, i forgot to mention the quicksilver is SS and i think it is solid mount, no rubber hub like I am seeing now offered. It is an older prop, just wanting to see if need to use a 19 or smaller when i switch to stainless. It has a 19 pitch aluminum on it now and I will be taking it out this weekend to see where the RPM's are at WOT."

You'd need to Remove about 1/2 of them to mount it on an OMC........"
