"On my 1961 18horse model # 15034, when I shift into gear the motor will rev up to full speed, but the prop and boat is only moving at about half speed.Would this have something to do with shift linkage?Also having problems keeping the rubber sleeve on the copper tubing that pumps water to the upper unit."
